Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and skills. The ICT Training team is so proud to have you.

As you move on and expand your horizons, may you be able to reach your dreams that will make you a better and fulfilled person.

I remembered when I trained Renee for Chase Outbound, I already saw the leadership potentials. I believe their group won the "Fastest Finger" activity. There were rebuttals for the account and the first group who can tell me the correct Function key gets the point. To make the activity more exciting, I asked them to have a chair and if you get a point, you move the chair 1 step. I and Randy Yurag (former Supervisor of Chase) treated them Starbucks Frappucinos as their reward.

I'm fond of Renee because we have lots in common. Aside from being Goddess as we are both pretty (ehem... lamang lang siya ng konti sa akin... hehehe), we are result driven and we like writing. Renee created the first newsletter for Chase, entitled "CHASE-ing Time". I still kept my copy.
