Mandy's Journey: Breakfast with the UB Team

Today is Renee’s last day at ICT. Since this is my last day too in Union Bank (since they borrowed me for 1 week to conduct English Skills Training), I decided to hang out with the UB Team. Mark and I planned to have breakfast with them – like a despedida for Renee, however due to lack of rest and sleep, Mark cannot make it (But for me, that’s okay and the trainers understood that since he has been working too hard lately - with the Client visits and all. Most of the time, trainers are talking to him with his eyes closed!). Do you know that he accidentally slept in his car in the Parking lot for about 2 hours? His barong was drenched with perspiration that he had to go home and change. With his absence, we got the chance to talk about him. (Bwahahaha!!!!)

Anyway, we decided to eat breakfast at Macao in Eastwood Libis. That was around 7:00am. I rode with Norvin, along with Kelly and Ashley. Jhelie, Renee, Francois was with Ramon. We had the “Eat All You Can” breakfast buffet. Just like the RCBC Team, when we say eat, we EAT!

Then we started talking about work, about our funny and irritating experiences, our concerns and a lot of things. I enjoyed our discussion as it was very candid and honest. I hope that we can plan a team building soon – combining RCBC and Union Bank. ICT should be proud to have good, flexible and competent trainers.

We parted ways around 10:15 am. I enjoyed Renee’s “Last Breakfast” (not Last Supper). But I think the entire team enjoyed it. How’d I know? Just check out our pics…. :)
